This month, Mark McBeath will be joining us. In his 30-year career in Marketing, Mark has worked for diverse companies and brands and we get to glean from him the importance of Social Awareness and Relationship Management in our work and leadership.

1. How important is Social-Awareness to becoming a Christ-honoring Leader?
2. How is Relationship-Management key to effective Leadership?
3. Can we effectively lead others or rightly represent Christ without social skills?
