The NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Family-to-Family Education Program is a 12-week course designed to guide family members to emotional understanding, healing, insight and action related to mental health disorders of Schizophrenia, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder of a loved one (does not cover childhood Autism, Childhood Schizophrenia and ADHD). Topics include diagnosis, medication, de-compensation, self-care, communication skills and more.
