OneLife Fridays: Lead with Purpose

OneLife Fridays: Lead with Purpose

OneLife Fridays: Leading with Purpose is a place where the OneLife Community comes together for fellowship and a robust curriculum of leadership training. These events combine experienced, professional speakers with valuable content and great breakout discussions.

Who should come to OneLife Events? Anyone tasked with leading other people. So come and connect with us on Friday, September 27 at 8 AM (note: new time) in the Student Union.

Please feel free to come as early as 7:45 to enjoy coffee, bagels, and donuts before our speaker starts promptly at 8:00!

What is Faith-led Career Planning and how do you live it out? Is it possible to trust God for your career trajectory?

Join us in September as we welcome to the stage, Steve Shoemake who will help us explore these questions. Steve has more than 20 years of Leadership and Management Consulting and has written several articles on the topic of Performance Management.

He frequently speaks about change – particularly at the intersection of business and technology. He is also a published fiction novelist, launching his first two books In Pursuit of Wisdom and In Need of Protection as part of the Dark World Saga Trilogy.

Questions to be Answered:

1. How do you define career success?

2. Where are you on the spectrum of work enjoyment?

3. Is it possible to trust God for your career trajectory?
