Questions
  1.  Read Psalm 24:1. What stands out to you about the truth that everything belongs to God? How might that change the way we view what we have and who we are?

  2. Matt contrasted ownership with stewardship. Where do you naturally tend to think, “This is mine, so I get to decide,” rather than, “God has entrusted this to me”?

  3. Read 1 Corinthians 6:12. Paul says, “I am allowed to do anything—but not everything is good for you.” What’s the difference between something being permissible and something being wise or beneficial? Where might that distinction matter in our lives?

  4. Matt said God’s boundaries aren't about keeping us from good things, but about calling us into the life we were designed for. How does that perspective change the way you think about God’s commands?

  5. Read 1 Corinthians 6:19–20. What does it mean to you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and that you “are not your own”?

  6. Matt talked about how we use our eyes, ears, mouths, minds, hands, and feet. Which of these areas most challenges you right now when it comes to honoring God with your body?

  7. Read Romans 12:1. Paul describes offering our bodies to God as an act of worship. What could that look like in an ordinary week—not just during church?

  8. Matt ended with the prayer, “Jesus, my life is in your hands. I give back to you what is already yours.” If you genuinely prayed that today, what area of your life would be hardest to place in His hands? Why?
