You can sleep a full 8 hours and still wake up tired. You can take a vacation and come back needing a vacation from the vacation. So what does Jesus actually mean when He says, "you will find rest for your souls"?
In the final week of the series, we land on the one practice that gives everything else its point.
Stop, rest, and delight without worship can become little more than self-care. Sabbath was never designed to be about us. It was designed to reorient our entire lives around God at the center. That’s worship.
