OneLife Fridays: Lead with Purpose

Join us for OneLife Fridays: Leading with Purpose (formerly known as Final Fridays)!

This is a place where the OneLife Community comes together for fellowship and a robust curriculum of leadership training. These events combine experienced, professional speakers with valuable content and great breakout discussions.

Who should come to OneLife Events? Anyone tasked with leading other people. So come and connect with us on Friday, June 28th at 8 AM (note: new time) in the Student Union. Please feel free to come as early as 7:45 to enjoy coffee, bagels, and donuts before our speaker starts promptly at 8:00!

In June, we have the pleasure of hosting Rodney Swope. Rodney is a professor of Economics and Business at both the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College and Indiana Wesleyan University. He sits on several Boards and is passionate about Biblical Justice and Economic Inclusion.

Rodney is a PhD candidate in Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math from Western Michigan University. He will join us as we venture more into what it looks like to lead like Jesus, specifically in the realm of conflict management.

Questions to be Answered:

1. Without properly understanding the source of our conflicts at a deep level, can we ultimately achieve success in managing conflict?

2. What is the four-point model for managing conflict?

3. What did Jesus teach as the keys to conflict management?
