Vineyard Leadership Training

If you are experienced in serving on a Vineyard ministry team, consider stepping up to becoming a team leader. This class will cover the character of a leader. We'll discuss skills that help you mentor emerging leaders and coach veteran leaders. You'll learn about how to guard and protect the unity of a team, the importance of earning and maintaining trust and the privilege of restoring someone who's fallen.

Prerequisites required: You must have already completed the Vineyard Ministry training and be currently serving in a Vineyard volunteer position.
