Vineyard Kids: Adult Volunteer Application
This application is to be completed by potential volunteers for any position involving the supervision or care of children from six weeks to 5th grade. Vineyard Cincinnati Church uses this to help provide a safe and secure environment for children who participate in our programs.

An approved background check with no history of child endangerment, child sexual abuse, or violent crime is required to volunteer with Vineyard Kids.

Personal Information
In caring for children, we understand it is our responsibility to seek a volunteer team who fosters safe, healthy and nurturing relationships. Any special concerns can be discussed with VK staff.
NOTE: Anyone who has been convicted or plead guilty to any type of child sexual abuse or physical abuse should not volunteer at any Vineyard Cincinnati Church sponsored program for children or youth.
