Habits

We all want to do better. We promise to do better. We get motivated and set lofty goals. We join the gym. We buy low fat everything. 

In this message series we will look at the power of Habits. We will discover how to get rid of bad habits and how to form good habits. You will not only be inspired that change is possible but also equipped to see that change happen.
