Thanks for your interest in using your musical gifts to serve in the worship ministries of Vineyard Cincinnati Church. For many of us, music is a major connecting point to God.

You must also be uniquely gifted as an instrumentalist or vocalist to serve as a team member. For instance, we expect our vocalists to know how to sing harmony and our bass/drummers to know how to play in the pocket. Knowing the basics of music theory is key to making rehearsals and services as distraction free as possible.

Hopefully, this process will help you land in a ministry that is a good fit for both you and Vineyard Cincinnati Church.
